Introduction

Welcome to the Penly.ai Affiliate Program! This document outlines the terms and conditions (the "Agreement") that govern your participation as an affiliate (the "Affiliate") in our program. By joining our Affiliate Program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

• Agree to promote Penly.ai in a professional and lawful manner.

Enrollment

To begin the enrollment process, you must submit a completed Affiliate Program application. We will evaluate your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection.

Affiliate Obligations

1. Promotion of Our Affiliate Relationship: Use your website, blog, social media channels, or other approved channels to promote Penly.ai.
2. Compliance with Laws: Ensure your marketing practices are in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
3. Adherence to Brand Guidelines: Use Penly.ai's brand assets as per our guidelines to maintain brand consistency.

Commission and Payment

• Commission Structure: Earn a commission on sales generated through your affiliate link.
• Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly, provided the Affiliate has reached the minimum payout threshold.
• Tracking of Sales: Sales are tracked through affiliate links. It is your responsibility to ensure your links are working correctly.

Restrictions

• No SPAM Policy: Affiliates must not send unsolicited email or other messages that could be construed as spam.
• PPC Advertising: Restrictions on using Penly.ai's brand name in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising may apply.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights of Penly.ai, including trademarks, logos, and any promotional materials, belong to Penly.ai. Affiliates have no rights to these materials outside of the agreed promotional activities.

Term and Termination

• Term: This Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Affiliate application and will continue unless terminated by either party.
• Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause.

Limitation of Liability

Penly.ai will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this program.

Modifications

Penly.ai may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the commission structure and Affiliate Program rules.

Acceptance

By submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
